The live action adaptation to Lilo & Stitch will take place in rural town in Gloucestershire(a county in south west england).

All of the actors are British and have had roles in either Dr. Who, Firefly/Serenity and the Walking Dead to appeal to the Tumblr community, and it's many fandoms.

Lilo – Hannah Sharp, Dr.Who Season 5, Episode 2, The Beast Bellow

Stitch – David Tennant, Dr. Who, Tenth Doctor

Nani – Lauren Cohan, The Walking Dead, Season 2-3

Cobra Bubbles – Chiwetel Ejiofor, Serenity

 The mood would be similar to Donni Darko, putting emphasis and Lilo's mental health and anti social behavior while being thought provoking and occasionally humorous
